Yes. Re-clean rescue is a recurring pattern: a prior company swept fast, skipped the smoke chamber, and left the dangerous part of the flue untouched. We re-inspect with a camera, document with photos, re-sweep with HEPA-contained equipment, and give you an itemized scope and before/after media.

Yes. Bring the other estimate or describe the scope and the $89 inspection gets you our independent assessment. If we can do the same work for less we'll quote it; if their price is fair, we'll tell you that too. Sticker shock on liner replacements and full rebuilds is the most common reason for these calls.

It can be a serious one. Smoke-chamber creosote is one of the biggest hidden risks and a spot fast crews skip. We inspect it with a camera and clean it as part of a proper sweep - it's exactly where we find surprises on rescue jobs.

Documentation. We provide before/after photos at the firebox and cap level and, on request, a full in-flue camera pass you can keep. You get an itemized scope listing each part of the system we touched.
